A tour takes approximately 45 minutes, but the duration depends on your participation. The museum hosts love sharing their knowledge of the exhibition's themes and invite you to ask questions along the way.
We offer guided tours at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:30 og 15:30. When ordering the tour via our website, you can choose between available time slots on the day of your visit. For the sake of the guests' experience, only one group at a time can have a guided tour.
To give you the best possible experience, we recommend that no more than 20 guests take part in the tour. With that caveat, the group size can be expanded to 25 guests. If there are more than 25 guests, you will be divided into two or more groups. If applicable, you must order several consecutive tours, each with a different time slot. While one group is guided through the exhibition, the other groups can experience the rest of the museum on their own.
Tours can only be ordered and paid for via our website. When you order the tour here, the time slot is automatically reserved and our host will be ready to receive you and your guests.
Each guest on the tour is required to have a day ticket. You can purchase the day tickets when ordering the tour or later. Day tickets can also be purchased on arrival at the museum, so the number of guests is determined on the day of the visit.
