Visit ENIGMA

ENIGMA is the museum of communication. A modern museum, bringing the past into the present with exhibitions, childrens area and workshops.

Practical information

Large groups

ENIGMA wants to give all guests a good experience. Groups of more than 10 guests who visit the museum on their own are therefore asked to register their visit 3 days before the day of the visit, so that you are guaranteed a place in the exhibitions

Eating and drinking

It is not permitted to eat or drink in the exhibition areas. However, ENIGMA has a eating area where you can enjoy brought food. The area is available to all our guests and cannot be booked. For refreshments, you can also visit Brasserie Post with direct access from the museum. During the summer months the outside courtyard is open for service.

Wardrobe

Backpacks, largebags and umbrellas may not be taken into the exhibitions. In the wardrobe there are lockable boxes for storing bags and outerwear.

Handicap friendly

Persons who are accompanying handicapped visitors have free entrance to ENIGMA. The entire museum is wheelchair accessible and service dogs are welcome. Accessible toilets are available both on the ground floor and on the museum's first floor.

Photography

You are welcome to take photographs at ENIGMA. Photography for commercial use as well as the use of a tripod, flash and additional lighting requires special permission.
